WI1EREAS, Section 8 ofthe Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter231 ILL 1975,
pe~ mits the exchlsion of tile public fi om a meeting in celtain circumstances; and
WIIEREAS, tiffs public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TilEREFORE, BE IT RESOI,VEI) bythe Mayor and Council of tile
Borough o/'Carteret, County o1[' Middlesex, State of' New Jersey, as follows:
I. The public shall be excluded flora attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject mattels
2. Tile general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters and Negotiations.
3 It is anticipated at this time that tile above stated subject matter will be made

Upon conclusion of the matters.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately
