• _ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS CLOSING AND
VACATING A CERTAIN UNIMPROVED PORTION OF LARKSPUR LANE STREET
LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF BLOCK TWO-R, RICHLAND
GARDENS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS: PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND ORDAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE _

WHEREAS, there has herefore been platted a certain street, said
street being sixty (60') feet in width and extending from the
East Boundary of Willow Park, running three hundred thirty feet
westly, along the South Boundary line of Block 2-R, Richland Gar-
dens Addition of Richland Hills to its intersection with the East
Boundary line of Austin Road, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid street has not been used or traveled by the ~
Public and remains unimproved, and such street is in excess of the
City's needs and is burdensome to maintain; and
WHEREAS, the City has no plans to use said street and finds that
said street should be vacated and abandoned.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF j
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
I.
The public's easement in-and to that portion of Larkspur Lane being '
sixty (60') feet in width and extending from the East Boundary of
Willow Park, running three hundred thirty feet westly, along the
South Boundary line of Block 2-R, Richland Gardens Addition of Richla#~d
Hills to its intersection with the East Boundary line of Austin Road,'
be and is hereby abandoned.
II.
This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage. ~
