WlIEREAS, application has been pmpe~ ly made to tile Mayor and Couucil of the
Borough of Cmteret, New .lel sey by Carteret Je~ri_sh C~a,,mity Center and

of the Bmough of Cartelet; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that the applicanl ts) is/ate qualified lo be licensed and that the
members designaled to couduct BINGO ;AMES and to assist are bona title members
of the applicant ts); and
WlIEREAS, the applicant ts) has/have stgnilied that the games will be played in

Regulations.
