BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNI:'LT OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:

From and after October 1, 1985, the following sewer charges shall be
made to customers on the Richland Hills Sewer System:

A monthly minimum charge shall be charged to all customers in the
amount of $9.00 for 3,000 gallons of water used, or wastewater pro-
duced.
A monthly volume charge shall also be charged to all Commerical and
Residential Customers in the amount of $.53 per 1,000 gallons of
water used, or wastewater produced, over the first 3,000 gallons.

The monthly volume charges for Residential Class Customers will be
based on the individual customer's average monthly water usage dur-
ing the preceding winter quarter months of December, January, and
February, but in no event shall the volume used to compute this-
monthly charge exceed 10,000 gallons. The volumes used to compute
these charges are based on the amount of water used by the Resi
dential Class Customer as measured by a meter. Where no preceding
winter quarter average is available from records, an estimated
average monthly volume of 10,000 gallons shall be used. The monthly
volume charge for Comr«ercial Customers shall be based upon acutal
water used each billing period.
