The Planning Commission recommended the City Council to approve a Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Tract Map with amendments to the Resolution. The residential condominium project consists of nine dwelling units for the properties located at 6126 and 6132 Temple City Boulevard . The subject site is zoned multiple-family residential (R-3) by the City's General Plan. The Planning Commission recommended approval of this item on a 4-0 vote. B. The Planning Commission approved a Lot Line Adjustment and Zone Variance to re-position the property line for parcel "A" and parcel "C" which are addressed 5722-5724 Muscatel Avenue (parcel "A") and Eaton Wash (parcel "C") respectively. The proposal was to extend parcel "A" to the east to incorporate 1 ,409 square feet of parcel "C". In exchange parcel "C" would be adjusted to incorporate 1,409 square feet of parcel "A". A Zone Variance was requested to allow a portion of the rear yard setback for parcel "A" to be reduced to eight feet instead of the required 15 feet. Parcel "A" is zoned multiple-family residential (R-3) and parcel "C" is designated as Eaton Wash. The Planning Commission approved this item on a 4-0 vote. 5. COMMUNICATIONS Staff updated the Planning Commission about two upcoming joint meetings that will be led by the City Council. 6. MATTERS FROM CITY OFFICIALS None 7.
