AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF PORTIONS OF
TRACT 2A3, 2A4A, 2A4G1, AND PART OF 2A4C, SOLOMON HAYWORTH
SURVEY AND PORTIONS OF'LOTS 1,2,3 OF THE M.R. ACRES ADDITION
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The zoning classification of the following described property be
changed to R-4, Multifamily Residential - High Density:
THE DESCRIPTION of a 1.2137 acre tract of land out of the SOLOMON
HAYWORTH SURVEY, Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the east property line of Lot 4, Block 3, McCOY
ADDITION, an addition to the City of Richland Hills, Texas, said point
being North 00°05'00" East a: distance of 108.29 feet from the North
right-of-way line of Evergreen Street;
THENCE North OOQ05'00" East along the east line of said Lot 4 a distance
of 79.01 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 89°48'00" East a distance of 50 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 00°05`00 East a distance of 210.00 feet to an angle point;
THENCE North 00°07'58" East a distance of 100.00 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South 89°52'02" East a distance of 90.00 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE North 00°07'58" East a distance of 75.00 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South 89052'02" East a distance of 29.85 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South 00°05'00" West a distance of 463.83 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South 89058'30" West a distance of 170.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, and containing 1.2137 acres of land, more or less.
II.
It is hereby ordered that the Official Zoning Map of the City of Richland
Hills, Texas be amended to show, the changes brought about by the passage
of this Ordinance.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and of ter it's date
of Hassage.
