ORDINANCE NO. 561
A1V ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, CHAPTER 12,
ZONING, BY AMENDING SECTION 14: I-1 LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL, BY DELETING PARAGRAPH (8)
RESTAURANT, FROM SUBSECTION D. CONDITIONAL
USES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
Chapter 12, ZONIiyG, Section 14 - I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL,
be and it is hereby amended by deleting subparagraph (8)
Restaurant, from subsection D. CONDITIONAL USES, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Richland Hills, Texas.
II.
All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed
insofar as the same are in conflict with the provisions hereof.
III.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage, and it is so Ordered.
PRESENTED AND PASSED by the City of Richland Hills, Texas, by
a vote of 4 "AYES" and 0 "NAYS" and 0
"ABSTENTIONS, this the 10th day of November , 1980.
