WHEREAS application has been made for the re-zoning of the
property described as Lots 6 thru 9, Blk. 4 and Lots 1 thru 5,
Blk. 5 of the Jordan Addn. and a portion
_ of Tract lA of the S. Hayw~orth Addn. per
metes and bounds, etc.
(see attached copies of plats)
WHEREAS the Zoning Board of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas has heard such application and has recommended to
the City Council that such application be granted; and
WHEREAS the City Council finds that due notice has been
sent and published, and all procedural and substantive
requirements of law have been met for the passage of
this ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION I.
Ordinance No.522, the present ordinance of Richland
Hills, Texas, be and is hereby amended so that henceforth
. and hereafter the property described above be and is
hereby zoned as " C-2 - General Commercial
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its date of passage.
SECTION III.
It is hereby ORDERED that the zoning map of the
City of Richland Hills, Texas be amended to show the
change brought about by the passage of this ordinance.
