ANALYSIS:
The appointees to each of the Commissions will fill the expiring term of office ending
June 3, 2014. A resolution of appointment is presented for Council's consideration and
adoption. If appointed, the appointees will receive their Oath of Office at the City
Council Meeting of July 3, 2012.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to adopt proposed Resolution No. 12-4836 confirming
appointment of Steve Curran and Tom O'Leary to the Planning Commission; Donna
Georgina and Pam Vigil to the Parks & Recreation Commission; and Ousama Nimri and
Danny Redmond to the Public Safety Commission with a term of office ending June 30,
2014.

This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012-13 City Budget

CITY CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION, PARKS AND RECREATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY
COMMISSION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That Tom O'Leary and Steve Curran is hereby appointed to the Planning
Commission; Donna Georgi no and Pam Vigil is hereby appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission
and Ousama Nimri and Danny Redmond is hereby appointed to the Public Safety Commission of the City of
Temple City. Said term to expire on June 30, 2014.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
