Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. in the City Hall Community
Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.

Councilmember-Vizcarra, Sternquist
City Manager Pulido, Acting City Clerk Kuo, Parks & Recreation Director
Burroughs, Community Development Director Masura and Community
Preservation Supervisor Sahagun.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS-None
4. CITIZEN'S ACADEMY PRESENTATION
Parks & Recreation Director Burroughs and Community Preservation Supervisor Sahagun gave a
presentation on the third session of Citizen's Academy.
Mayor Yu left the meeting at 7:30p.m. and Councilmember Chavez left the meeting at 7:52p.m.
Meeting recessed at 8:00p.m. for a field exercise and reconvened at 8:43p.m.
Councilmember Blum, City Manager Pulido, Parks & Recreation Director Burroughs, Community
Preservation Supervisor Sahagun, answered Academy participants' questions.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 9:05p.m.
