RESOLUTION NO. 2002-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN ENGINEER TO ACCEPT EASEMENT DEDICATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town of Truckee to acquire easements related to
snow storage, drainage, public utilities, roadway slopes, and other public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Truckee Town Council to accept these easements at
the time that they are offered for dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Truckee Town Council to delegate authority to accept
these easements to the Town Engineer
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TRUCKEE as follows: The Truckee Town Council hereby delegates authority to the Town
Engineer to accept easements on behalf of the Town of Truckee for snow storage, drainage,
public utilities, roadway slopes, and other public purposes.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Town
Council, held on the 3rd day of January, 2002 by Councilmember Schneider who moved its
adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Councilmember McCormack was upon roll call
carried and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
