If you wish to speak, please fill out a “Public Comment Form” provided at the back table and give it to the City Clerk or designee. There is a three (3) minute limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Committee from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. 2. Set Next Meeting Date and Time Adjournment of the Transit 2x2 Committee Meeting of April 4, 2018 Meeting at ____ p.m. Beaumont City Hall – Online www.ci.beaumont.ca.us Page 1 of 3 Page 2 of 3 Banning Beaumont Cities 2x2 meeting notes March 14, 2018 Attendees – Mike Lara, Nancy Carroll, George Moyer, Debbie Franklin Discussed what topics to discuss at next meeting – agreed upon Transit To review who wants/needs a transit study – Beaumont & Debbie to obtain copy for each city Make recommendations for staff Review stops and schedules – Beaumont & Debbie to obtain cities’ info Highland Springs Traffic study for traffic speeds – George to bring copy Communications on closures info to be obtained by Beaumont Info on traffic collisions on Highland Springs by Shell and Mobil stations to be obtained by Beaumont and Debbie Will need to discuss impacts on affected businesses and whether there are any other resolutions (Mobil & Albertson’s) Look at left turn pockets and right turn possibilities Next meeting – April 4 at 2:30 at Beaumont City Hall Page 3 of 3
