RESOLUTION NO. 2002-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
COOPERATIVE FUNDING AGREEMENT AMENDING RESOULTION 2000-42
WHEREAS, on May 4, 2000, the Truckee Town Council adopted Resolution
2000-42 that authorized staff to enter into a cooperative funding agreement with
Caltrans for the purpose of constructing drainage improvements at SR 267/ Union
Pacific railroad Track Crossing and;
WHEREAS, in accordance with the above referenced Resolution Town staff
entered into a cooperative agreement with Caltrans and;
WHEREAS, additional time is required to complete the required drainage
improvements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE as follows: That the Town Council hereby adopts Resolution
2002-04 amending Resolution 2000-42 and acknowledges its approval of an
amendment to the cooperative agreement to extend the termination date of the existing
agreement.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 3rd day of January, 2002 by
Councilmember Schneider who moved its adoption, which motion being duly seconded
by Councilmember McCormack was upon roll call carried and the Resolution adopted
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers McCormack, Owens, Schneider & Mayor Florian
NOES: None
