Attendees: Joe Wilson, Diane Schleicher, Bill Nicholson, Eddie Crone, Barry Brown,
Brannyn Allen, Paul Wolff, Bonnie Kline
Approve minutes from the September 17, 2008 meeting and the September 25, 2008
meeting.
I. Update on the 14th Street Drainage Project
A. Out for bid around the first week of November. Allow 30 days for return.
II. South End Street Scape Projects
A. Review Two-way traffic layout
1. Barry suggests waiting on this project until 14th Street Drainage is
worked out. Extending 14th Street pipes to Jones Ave. was
discussed.
B. Review Butler Street layout
1. The plans Bill Nicholson provided show the parking spaces
changing from a 30° to a 45° angle and extending the sidewalk
about 2 feet.
III. Review and Discuss Drainage Study for 7th to 14th
VI. Ft. Screven Waterlines
A. Discussed landscaping options for yards that get torn up in the
construction.
Paul Wolff called the meeting adjourned at 6:06pm.
