ORDINANCE NO. 585
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING
RESOURCES FOR THE BUDGET YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: That the budget estimate of the revenues and
expenditures for the City of Richland Hi11s, Texas, as presented
by the City Manager and appropriated by the City Council for the
Fiscal year beginning October 1, 1988, and ending September 30,
1989, be and is hereby adopted and approved as the budget for
such fiscal year;
-SECTION 2: That the sum of Two million, one hundred eighty-four
thousand, five hundred twenty-three dollars (2,184,523.00) is
hereby appropriated out of General Fund Revenues for the payment
of operating expenses and capital outlay of the City government,
as set forth in the budget;
SECTION 3: That the sum of one million, eight hundred forty-six
thousand, seven hundred thirty-six dollars (1,846,736.00) is
hereby appropriated out of the Enterprise Fund Revenues for the
• payment of operating expenses and capital outlay of the City
government, as set forth in detail in the budget;
SECTION 4: That the sum of twenty-four thousand, three hundred
dollars (24,300.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Levee
and Floodway Improvement Fund Revenues for the payment of
operating expenses and capital outlay of the City government as
set forth in detail in the budget; ,
SECTION 5: That this Ordinance be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
