~%~RFAS, the Mayor and Council of Carteret (the "Borough") are committed to
provide recreational opportunities to the Borough's youth; and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has long sponsored a baseball league for young
people over the age of 17; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council wish to sponsor a team in the American Legion
League.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of
- Carteret that the Borough shall sponsor a Carteret team in the American Legion
Baseball League.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of said sponsorship shall not exceed
Si500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Resolution shall take effect immediately.

and certified as a true copy of the
