4 . NEW BUSINESS
A. The Planning Commission continued Conditional Use Permit and a Tentative
Tract Map for 5072 Sereno Avenue to the Planning Commission meeting of August
28, 2012.
The Planning Commission continued this item on a 5-0 vote .
B. The Planning Commission continued a recommendation to the City Council to
consider two zoning code amendments : 1) reduction of the size of non-residential
parking and to allow compact parking; and 2) section 9291 in relation to parking for
outdoor dining areas to the regular Planning Commission meeting of August 28,
2012.
The Planning Commission continued this item on a 4-1 vote .
C. The Planning Commission made a recommendation to the City Council to
approve a zoning code amendment pertaining to parking concession agreements.
The Planning Commission recommended that the City Council approve this item
on a 5-0 vote .

The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 9:13p.m.
