A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER
EQUIPMENT /NETWORK UPGRADES
Whereas, Brent's Computer Services has presented an Agreement for Computer
Equipment and Network Upgrades, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin approves the proposed agreement for
Computer Equipment and Network Upgrades;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to enter into
an agreement in the amount of $10,649.20 for the proposed Equipment and Upgrades.
On the 25th day of April, 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ball introduced Resolution No. 2012 -12, A RESOLUTION TO
APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT /NETWROK
UPGRADES and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Weipert.
Ayes: Ball, Weipert, Ryan. Nays: none. Absent: Bartels and Upton.
Whereupon 3 Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2012 -12, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN
AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT /NETWORK UPGRADES be adopted
and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 25th day of April, 2012.
