ORDINANCE NO. 33" Y
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Boundary Declared
The entire boundary of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas is declared to be as described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
Section 2. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in
the official city newspaper.
Passed by the City Council this / J day of December, 2002.
Approved by the Mayor this -L2 day of December, 2002.

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section ] 3, Township 26 South, Range ] East of the 6th
P.M., Sedgwick County, Kansas; thence North along the West line of said Section 13 to the
Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section ]3; thence East along the North line of said
Southwest Quarter of Section ] 3 to the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section ] 3;
thence South along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of Section ] 3 to the Southeast corner
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13; thence West along the South line of said Section 13 and
the North line of Section 24, Township 26 South, Range] East of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick County,
Kansas to a point lying ]35 feet West of the East line of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 24; thence South parallel with said East line ] ] 23 feet; thence East to the East line of

on the East line of the Southwest Quarter of Section ] 9, Township 26 South, Range 2 East,
Sedgwick County, Kansas; Thence North along said East line of said Southwest Quarter of
Section ] 9 to the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of Section ] 9; thence West along
the North line of the Southwest to the point of beginning.
