I. Update on Portable Bathrooms for both South End and North End with Price List,
Options and Delivery Dates on Different Models.
II. Follow-up to the Recommendations of the Infrastructure Committee in Response
to the Request of a Property Owner on Lovell for the City to Relocate the South
End Business District Compactor on Lovell Avenue to Inlet Avenue.
Notices were Hand-delivered to Compactor Users Regarding the Neighborly
Use of the Compactor.
Modifications were made to the Metal Door of the Compactor to Reduce the
Noise. DPW is to build a Structure over the Compactor’s Motor to Reduce the
Noise.
A quorum of City Council Members may be present which would constitute a meeting of
the City Council.
