New Business:
I. Gary and Liz Wisener – 1310 Bay Street – Request Waiver of Sewer Hook-up
Fees - Owned Property since February 27, 2004.
II. Ortell Collins – Requests to not have to Pay W & S Deposit – Inherited Property
III. Alvin L. Davis – 2-14th Street – Requests that the New Mobile Restroom not be
Located near his Residence on 14th Street.
IV. Foot Washers – North Beach Bathroom, 14th Street Cross-over, MSC Cross-over,
16th Street Cross-over and 18th Street Cross-over
Old Business:
I. Fort Screven Water Line Project – Status of Scans and Location of Valves and
Possible Change Orders
II. 14th Street Drainage Project:
Easement Obtained
Paperwork for DNR Permit has been Submitted – 90 day process
GA Power and AT&T Engineering In Process
Tree Removal has Begun
A quorum of City Council Members may be present which would constitute a meeting of
the City Council.
