AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER.254
ENTITLED VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC AF THE CODE OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINEV by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough ")asfollows:
Section 1 § 254 -20. Sehedule H: No Parking Anytime. of Chapter 254
entitled VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC of the Code of the Borough
of Carteret shall be amended and supplemented to add the
following street and/or portion thereof to said Schedule.
On the Eastern Side of Pershing Avenue from 173 feet
from the Intersection with Washington Avenue to 250
feet from the Intersection with Washington Avenue.
Section 2 All'ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
Section 3 If any section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision of this
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only
tSthe section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision so
adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be - deemed
valid anal effective.
Section 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to applicable law.
