DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO
LIABILITY FOR ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS
BE PP AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that Carmela Pogorzelski,
Municipal Clerk, be designated as the person to issue certificates as to liability for
assessments for Municipal Improvements as provided by R.S. of New Jersey 1937, Title
54:5 -18 -3;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 6th day of January, 2020
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 7, 2020.
