RESOLUTION TO (;O INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 ol'lhe Open Pul>tic Meetings ,&ct, Chapter 231 P.L 1975,

WtIEREAS, this public body is o£the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.VEI) by the Mayor and Council of' tire
Borough o£Carteret, County of Middlesex, State o£New Jersey, as follows:
I. The public shall be excluded flora attending, discussing or participating in tire
hereinafter specified subject matters
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as Follows:
Personnel matters, Litigation and
Contract Negotiations.
3. It is anticipated at Ihis lime that Ihe above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matters.
