AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS FOR
THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, IN CONNECTION
WITH THE PROPOSAL FOR ADOPTION OF A CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PLAN AND IMPACT FEES FOR THE
FINANCING THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Richland Hills City Council has heretofore instructed officials
of the City of Richland Hills to prepare a proposed Land Use Assumption Plan for
the purpose of considering a capital improvements plan based thereon and the
establishment of certain impact fees for the financing thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Richland Hills City Council also called a public hearing for
consideration of such proposed Land Use Assumption Plan; and
WHEREAS, appropriate notice of such public hearing has been published and
given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, following conclusion of such public hearing upon such Land Use
Assumptions, it is the desire of the Richland Hills City Council by the adoption
hereof to approve the Land Use Assumption Plan so presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
I.
The Land Use Assumptions attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference be and they are hereby adopted and approved by the City of
Richland Hills, Texas.
II.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage
as provided by the Richland Hills City Charter and the laws of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED, GIVEN FIRST READING AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of
the Richland Hills City Council on the 21st day of May, 1990, by a vote of 4
ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
