Paul Martin, RBF Consulting, answered some of the public's questions, and
indicated that all comments would be considered for incorporation into the
final plan recommendations to the City.
City Council, Planning Commission, and Public Safety Commission were
unanimously in favor of phase one and phase two of the Downtown Parking
Strategic Plan, and concurred to await further recommendations from RBF
Consulting.
11. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council, Planning Commission, and Public Safety Commission Special
Joint Meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
