RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SER-
VICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open
Space District does resolve that the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services Administration of the State
of California is hereby authorized to purchase one 1978
pick-up truck for and on behalf of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District pursuant to section 14814 of the Govern-
ment Code, and that Herbert Grench, General Manager, is
hereby authorized to sign and deliver all necessary requests
and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf
of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.
