APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL JUDGE
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Judge for the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that
ALLEN COMBA
term to expire February 6, 2023
and
WILLIAM FEINGOLD
term to expire October 6, 2022
be and are hereby appointed to the positions of Municipal Judge, with terns per above.

and certified as a true copy of the
