AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE; OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S LICENSE TO
MAIMOONA JANJUA
WHEREAS, the application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License to Maimoona Janjua for the 2020 License Term. Trading as
Economy Car Sctvicc,LLC
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab Owner's License
for a 2020 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor &
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue Maimoona Janjua a Taxicab Owner's License for the 2020 License
Term.
Adopted this 6 day of February, 2020
and certified as a hue copy of the
original on February 7, 2020.
