RESOLUTION NO. 2013-01-01
A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF HISTORIC FRASER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser supports the mission of Historic Fraser as defined in its articles of
incorporation:
a. To provide public access to and education concerning the history of the Fraser
Valley, Colorado.
b. Educational purposes as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
c. To perform all other acts necessary or incidental to these purposes and to do
whatever is necessary, useful, advisable or conducive, directly or indirectly, to carry
out any of the purposes of the corporation.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
