MINUTES
July 7,1993

Chairman Larson call the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
All Committee member were present.
MINUTES:
Ted Whiteman moved to approve the minutes of June 2,1993 be
approved as presented. Frank Brown second. Motion carried.
STAFF REPORTS
Carl reported that he recently was approached by organizations
wishing to sell raffle tickets at the clubhouse. Committee
discussion revealed the past policy has been no solicitation of
any kind.
Mary discussed problems she's been having with the dishwasher.
She also inquired about the possibility of the city purchasing
tables,chairs, and a tent for catering tournaments and other
large functions. Ted Whiteman moved to recommend to city council
that the city cooperate with the concessionaire to acquire
tables, chairs, and a tent for large events. Frank Brown second.
Motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
1) Clubhouse Railings
The railings have been installed. The wood cap along the top
will be installed soon.
2) Cart Storage
The plans are approved by Planning and Zoning with construction
to begin Sat. July 10,1993.
NEW BUSINESS:
1) Irrigation System Existing 18
Chairman Larson informed the committee of the recent council
action that excluded the golf course irrigation from the bond
issue coming up in August for the city's water system
improvements. Committee discussed a few ideas on possible
solutions which will be discussed further at either a special
meeting or at the next regular meeting.
With no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 4, 1993.
