AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR SALE OF
FORTY-FIVE BlCYCLES AND A LINE PAINTING MACHINE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has in it's possession forty-five bicycles and
a line painting machine; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize the sale
of said items;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for the sale of said bicycles and
line painting machine.
Adopted this 7th day of May, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the original
on May 8, 1998.
