SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS — MEETING OF OCTOBER
10, 2012
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their October 10, 2012 meeting.
BACKGROUND:
On October 10, 2012, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the October 10, 2012 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Commissioner — Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Stratis,
Chairman Nimri
ABSENT: Commissioner — None
EXCUSED: Commissioner — None

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their September 26,
2012 meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held five hearings in person, and upheld three
citations and dismissed two citations.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed five hearings requested by written
declaration, and upheld four citations and dismissed one citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to review and receive this report.
