RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL DISCIPLINARY
NOTICE
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the"Borough")
have retained Robert Light ("Light") to serve as a hearing officer in a disciplinary
matter involving William Kolibas, Jr. and to make a determination as to appropriate
disciplinary action; and
WHEREAS, Light has conducted the hearing and made a determination as to
appropriate disciplinary action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF THE CARTERET, that
Councilman Patrick Crilley as head of the Streets and Roads Committee authorized
to execute a finale disciplinary notice in accordance with Lights decision.
Adopted this 7th day of May, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 8, 1998.
