FOR CERTAIN BOROUGH OFFICIALS
WHEREAS, the Borough Attorney and thc Borou_h s Pubhc Delender cun'cntly receive
medical health insurance from thc Borough of Carteret (the 'Borot gh"); and
WHEREAS, the Mayor hats proposed the elimination of said benefits for tile Borough
Attorney and the Borough Public Defender effective January 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of thc Borough
of Carteret that effective January 1,200I the Borough Attorney and the Borough Public
Defender shall no longer be entitled to receive medical health insurance from the
Borough of Carteret.
