A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MONJARAS & WISEMEYER
GROUP, FOR ACCOMODATION MEETING MANAGEMENT /INTERACTIVE
PROCESS FACILITATION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDING JOB ANALYSIS
AND JOB BANK DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood contracts with Monjaras & Wisemeyer Group,
for Accommodation Meeting Managementlinteractive Process Facilitation, Essential
Functions Job Analysis and Job Bank Development Services; and
WHEREAS, the City's contract with Monjaras & Wisemeyer Group, expired on
June 8, 2016; and
WHEREAS, to assure the City is able to timely and effectively provide the
services extended by Monjaras & Wisemeyer Group, the City Council wishes to approve
the attached Amended Agreement for Accommodation Meeting Management/Interactive
Process Facilitation, Essential Functions including Job Analysis and Job Bank
Development Services and make the appropriation of funds necessary therefore;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor to approve an
agreement with Monjaras & Wisemeyer Group for Accommodation Meeting
Management/interactive Process Facilitation, Essential Functions including Job
Analysis and Job Bank Development Services, for two - year - contract, each contract
year being for an amount not to exceed $25,000 per fiscal year, approved as to form by
the City Attorney.
Section r 2. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement for Services with
Monjaras & Wisemeyer Group provided to the City Council concurrently with this
Resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
Section 3. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. The City` Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
