LIC~SE FOR THE 1998-1999 LICI~SE 'rMRM TO
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for
a Taxicab Owner's License for the 1998-1999 License Term by Robert
F. Beck, o~mer of the

W~, qualifications of the applicant have been investigated by
the Carteret Police Department and said department recomnends that
a Taxicab Owner's License for the 1998-1999 License Term be granted
to the applicant, Robert F. Beck, t/a Eagle Cab Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS H~R~YRESOLV~, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
