project:
1.The scope change letter has been submitted and approved.
2.The design documentation letter has been submitted and accepted.
3.The 90%construction plans have been completed and submitted. These are under review by
GDOT. We should have comments from GDOT, if any, this week.
4. Plans have been sent to the utility companies requesting input or no conflict letters. We have
received one from the City and are working to obtain the others. Once this is done we will
submit the utility certification.
From Jeanne Kerney's May 22 letter, there are two items which you need to complete, these
being the ROW certification and the ADA certification. If you have not done these please let me
know and I will assist.
Once the construction plans are approved we will need to update the project manual, sign the
environmental certification and committment sheet, and request authorization to bid.
Based on the input from MAAI, we are still on schedule to bid in late August or early September,
which will allow construction to begin in October.
