This means that members of the public body may access this meeting in person, or via virtual means. In person attendance will be at the meeting location listed above, and it is possible that any or all members of the public body may attend remotely. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, and public participation in any public hearing conducted during this meeting shall be by remote means only. When required by law or allowed by the Chair, persons wishing to provide public comment or otherwise participate in the meeting, may do so by accessing the meeting remotely, as noted above. Meeting Participation Statement. 4. Citizen's Forum. Members of the public are invited to address the Planning Board on matters not on the agenda during this time. The Planning Board asks that a 3 minute maximum comment period be respected by the speaker. In order to avoid any possible interpretation of a violation of the Open Meeting Law, the Planning Board will not provide comment in return to the speaker, however the item may be moved to a future agenda if discussion is deemed warranted. 5. 2022 Planning Board Annual Report. The Planning Board will review, discuss and may vote to approve the annual report. 6. Review and discuss Select Board policy on meeting format change effective March 1, 2023. 7. Approval of Meeting Minutes: December 14, 2022. 8. Committee Reports, 9. Comprehensive Permit Application per MGL Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23, Millstone Road Affordable Housing Development (Assessors Map 98 Parcel 12). The Planning Board will discuss and may vote to provide comments or recommendations on the project (ZBA Case No. 23-04) to the Zoning Board of Appeals, which is the compehensive permit granting authority for the application. To assist in the discussion, the applicants, Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. and Housing Assistance Corporation, have been invited to attend, present to and discuss with the Planning Board. 10.
