RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT AMENDING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
SIGNATORIES OF THE DISTRICT FOR SANTA
CLARA COUNTY ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors amended Section
of the Rules of Procedure by adoption of Resolution No. 78-26
on September 27, 1978, to add the President of the Board as
an authorized signatory on financial instruments under $50,000,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Resolution No. 78-3
adopted January 25, 1978 to reflect this change,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Midpen-
insula Regional Open Space District does resolve that Section 1
of Resolution No. 78-3 shall read as follows:
Section 1. The signatures of the present holders of
said offices are as follows, and the Director of Finance of
Santa Clara County is authorized to make disbursements in an
amount less than $50,000.00 on behalf of the District based
thereon:
