Community; Hyannis, MA: The Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the Project, and
review the draft Development Agreement recommended by the 35 Scudder Residential Community
subcommittee in accordance with Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General
Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provision for Development
Agreements., The Cape Cod Commission, at its discretion, may vote whether to approve and
authorize its;signature to a Development Agreement with Quarterra Multifamily Communities, LLC
f/k/a Lennar),Multifamily Communities, LLC as regards the following Project;

supporting improvements and amenities to be located on a portion of the
property, which is currently developed with a golf course';
