Home My Public Portal About2004-19 Approving the Purchase of Village Fire Truck with the Putman County Board of County CommissionersRESOLUTION NO. 2004-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE ORDER FOR SALE OF VILLAGE FIRE TRUCK AND RELATED PERSONAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE AND THE PUTNAM COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that the approval of the attached Purchase Order for sale of a Village Fire Truck and related personal property between the Village of Key Biscayne and the Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is in the best interest of the Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Purchase Order Approved. That the Purchase Order, in substantially the form attached hereto, is hereby approved and the Village Manager is authorized to execute such Purchase Order on behalf of the Village, as well as the Bill of Sale and Certificate of Title transfer to the Fire Truck upon receipt of payment.
