ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS WITH AMERENUE FOR
STREETLIGHTS IN THE ALGOA ANNEXATION AREA.
WHEREAS, The City desires AmerenUE to install eighteen (18) new streetlights along
Algoa Road and Shamrock Road.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
streetlight request form and letter from the City approving charges for the Algoa Road
Streetlight.
Section 2. The documents shall be substantially the same in form and content
as that document attached hereto Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
