ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2004-
2005 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECLASSIFYING A
POSITION WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section I. The 2004-2005 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by changing the personnel schedule by the reclassification of full time positions
within the Community Development Department as outlined in Section 2 of this ordinance.
Section 2. The position of Engineering Survey Supervisor, Pay Range 16
($34,459.60 - $51,689.40) is hereby reclassified to Registered Land Surveyor, Pay Range
18 ($37,991 .71 - $56,987.5.7).
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
