AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE
FINAL PLATOF CHRISTY LANE DEVELOPMENT,A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, Christy Lane Development, Inc.,owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,
Colo County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situated in and being a part of the SW '/4 of the SE '/4
and the SE '/, of the SW '�4 of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range
12 West; also being a part of the tract of land described by deed
recorded in Book 400, Page 930 of the Records of Cole County, MO,
and being the tracts of land described by deed recorded in Book 512,
Page 977 of said Records of Cole County, MO; said tract being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South '/4 corner of
Section 13 T 44 N, R 12 W; thence N86"35'22"W along the Section
Line 179.77 feet, to a point 150.10 feet Easterly of or left of Centerline
Station 119+43.92 of U.S. Route 54; thence in a northerly direction
along a curve to the right 231.96 feet, the radius being 1112.28 feet,
the long chord being N36 042'34"E, 231.53 feet to a point 126.00 feet
Easterly of or left of Centerline Station 117+13.64 of said U.S. Route
54; thence N42°41'01"E, 374.15 feet to a point 126,00 feet Easterly of
or left of Centerline Station 113+39.49 of said U.S. Route 54; thence
S47"27'42"E,along the Southerly Line and said Line extended of a tract
of land described by plat recorded in Book 005, Page 035 of the of the
Records of Cole County, MO, 765.66 feet; thence leaving said
Southerly Line N86"35'22"W along the Section Line 778.14 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing 236,860.36 square feet or 5.44 acres.
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and proporly signed and accepted by the
owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as the Plat of Christy Lane
Development, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of
said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have
been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Christy Lane Development, lying, being and situated within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made
a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
