ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING THE NAME OF THE
2500 BLOCK OF TANNER BRIDGE ROAD TO "TANNER BRIDGE PLACE"
WHEREAS, the realignment of Tanner Bridge Road with new Missouri Route B has left a street
segment of 'canner Bridge Road separated from the new aligni"nent; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the name of this segment
WHEREAS, it is desirable to bring the matter to resolution, having ensured compliance
with Section 25-40;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The right-of-way known as Tanner Bridge Road that is located in the 2500 block,
between Lorenzo Greene Drive(old Missouri Route B)and new Missouri Route B.shall hereinafter
be known as "Tanner Bridge Place;"
Section 2, This street name shall appear in official documents and sites, including street
name signs, and city street maps shall be modified, where needed, to reflect this change.
Section 3.Affected property owners, government entities,and other interested parties shall
be notified of this change.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and lapproval.
