AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF .JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 , (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE(V) (DISABLED PARKING SPACES),
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A DISABLED
PARKING SPACE ON A PORTION OF CITY PARKING LOT NO. 12.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule V, (Disabled Parking
S aces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition
of a disabled parking space on a portion of City Parking Lot No. 12, as follows:
City Parking Lot : one space on Lot 12.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
eof its passage and approval.
