Declaration of a Quorum: A quorum was present. All members were participating remotely and confirmed that they could hear each other. Meeting Participation Statement: Mr. Gallagher read the following meeting participation - statement: Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be conducted in-person and via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. This means that members of the public body may access this meeting in person, or via virtual means. In person attendance will be at the meeting location listed above, and it is possible that any or all members of the public body may - attend remotely. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, and public participation in any public hearing conducted during this meeting shall be by remote means only. Mr. Gallagher was monitoring the public comment/ question email address and confirmed that no questions: or comments had been received, Report of the Deputy Assessor: Boat excise bills were issued on December 27, 2022 and are due on February 27, 2023. We are in the process of requesting Forms of List for business personal property. We are also in the process of requesting our annual Form 3ABC for charitable organizations. Forms of List and 3ABC's are due on March 1, 2023. i Classiiieci Land Applications (Chapter 61, 61A, 61B): o 80 Blue Jacket Way, Carl Ahlstrom & Elizabeth Perry- Mr. Gallagher presented the renewal application for Chapter 61A and recommended approval. Mr. Hayes made the motion to approve the Chapter 61A application. Ms. Barker seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Hayes- aye; Barker- aye; motion approved unanimously. Overlay Surplus Transfer Request: Mr. Gallagher presented the transfer request to fund $80;000 for the annual PK valuation contract and $10,000 for software upgrades as approved by the November 2022 Town Meeting. Ms. Barker seconded the motion. Roll call Vote: Hayes - aye; Barker- ayes motion approved unanimously, review na approve eguIar Session Meeting Minutes: Novem e�i9, 2022 — No action to en at this time. Matters Not Reasonably Anticipated by the Chair: None at this time. Next Meeting: The next Board of Assessors meeting will be tentatively scheduled for January 25, 2023. Executive Session (To comply with or act under the authority of any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements: MGL Chap 59 Sec. 60 and MGL Chap. 214 Sec. 1B): At 4:42pm Mr. Hayes moved to enter Executive Session for the reasons noted above, not to return to regular session.
