AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain
property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, is surplus property, and as such
represents a burdensome cost for storage and maintenance, and that the property is no
longer needed for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Department of Community Development is hereby authorized to add
these items to the sale bill for the April Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Plan sale.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
