AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2004-
2005 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI BY APPROPRIA IING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND AND AUTHORIZING A GRANT
AGREEMENT WITH AMEREN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
$59,207 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a grant
agreement with Ameren Community Development Company, LLC substantially in the form
of the attached Exhibit A.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
